MEDITATION

Maditation is the best way to live life. It is possible. By the way, we do all the work in meditation. But we don't know it. If we do every work by combining knowledge, then we can be a master of any work.
Thousands of years ago, ancient SAGES and YOGIS devised many such methods, which can be seen in defferent parts of the world today.
AND
Invented quite rigorous methods of MEDITATION to keep the working system of the world.
And some of them were also made for the people so that they too can enjoy life to the fullest. And the easiest method among them is to pay attention to your moving breaths, to feel they fade into us and it continues to happen.
Until the work done to your soul is completed by your body.🤗 🙏

ध्यान जीवन जीने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है। यह संभव है।  वैसे तो हम हर काम ध्यान में करते हैं।  लेकिन हम यह नहीं जानते।  यदि हम प्रत्येक कार्य को ज्ञान के साथ जोड़कर ध्यान से करते हैं, तो हम किसी भी कार्य के स्वामी हो सकते हैं।

 हजारों साल पहले, प्राचीन संतों और योगियों ने कई ऐसे तरीकों को तैयार किया था, जिन्हें आज दुनिया के कुछ हिस्सों में देखा जा सकता है।

 तथा

 दुनिया की कार्य प्रणाली को बनाए रखने के लिए ध्यान के काफी कठोर तरीकों का आविष्कार किया।

 और उनमें से कुछ आम लोगों के लिए भी बनाए गए थे ताकि वे भी पूरी तरह से जीवन का आनंद ले सकें।  और उनमें से सबसे आसान तरीका है अपनी चलती हुई सांसों पर ध्यान देना, महसूस करना कि वे हम में किस तरह से बीखर रही है और ऐसा होना जारी है।

 जब तक आपकी आत्मा को दिया हुआ काम आपके शरीर द्वारा पूरा नहीं हो जाता।

Jab phli bar maine Rose ko dekha tha to dekhta hi rh gya tha. Ab to us time ki yaade bhi dhoondli si ho gyi hai bs kisi trh dil ya dimag k kisi kone me chipa k rkhi hui hai. English ki class hoti thi school me hmari sbse phle , 6th me tha mai tab, lagbhg class khtm hone hi wali thi ki class room me ek sahmi hui si ldki ne kdam rkhe. Last bencher hone ki wjh se mai dekh ska ki kaise sab ldko k sar uthe use dekhne k liye aur uthe hi rh gye ,lekin uska kisi ki trf dhyan nhi tha, tabhi uski mata ji ne class me parvesh kiya aur hum sab ki gardan books me jhuk gyi. Kyu ki uski mata ji ne ate hi humari trf dekha. Wo admission k liye ayi thi , lekin admission late ho chuke the,

to uska admission akhir kar ho hi gya, uska phli bar class me ana mere dil me dastak de chuka tha, aur jahir si bat hai baki ldko k dilo me bhi, wo phli bar tha jab kisi ldki ko dekh kr dil me kuch kuch hua tha , baki rahi sahi ksar hindi films puri kar hi deti hai, to bs suru hua silsila usee girlfriend bnane ka , par mujhe girlfriend ka G bhi nahi pta tha, aur upar se ganga jaise pure feelings, kuch smjh nahi aata tha , akhir me maine socha ki phle puri class ko kosis krne do agr kismat me hua to mujhe uska saath milega nahi age bdh jaunga, dhire -dhire waqt ne rftar pkdi aur class k sab ldko ki dilchaspi kum hoti gyi Rose k liye, uski wjh thi uska shida shada bnke rhna, mere aaj bhi simple 

bnke rhne ki wjh khin na khin Rose bhi rhti hai, to us se sabka dhyan htte hi mere dil me gulabon ki bahar ane lagi, spne sjne lge , laddu footne lage lekin mujhe kha pta tha ki भारत की जनमभूमि पे इसकी संस्कृती मान्यता नहीं देती किसी के विचारों को। आज जब ज्ञान हुआ संस्कारों का तब जाके समझ आता है कि अच्छा हुआ जो गलती नहीं की।

Usko apna bnane ki kosis hone lagi आंखों की गुस्ताखियां बढ़ने लगी।

lekin wo thi ki pyar se dekhna door uski to kabhi नफरत भि नसिब नहीं हुई।

time bdhta chla gya aur 6th class k exam dene k baad mai apne mama ji k ghr 7th k liye pdhne chla gya , aur naye bacho me nayi jgh me tlash krne lga koi Rose  जैसा चेहरा।
